We are overwhelmed by the incredible, beautiful detail in these artworks. This YearÌý1 project was inspired by the book ‘Windows’ by Jeannie Baker, who uses natural materials to create collages of views out a window. Each child used a photo looking out of a room at their home, together with materials they collected to create their artworks, even implementing special techniques to create depth. While this project started with a fairly simple idea, it turned into a big project and the Year 1s really put all their effort into it, which shows! Well done Year 1s. These truly are amazing!
